This Privacy Policy applies to DAT9, HOME9, MLS9, and all affiliated “House Brand” websites and software platforms (collectively, the “Platform”).

All data, activity, logs, metadata, analytics, inputs, outputs, and system-generated information collected through the Platform are owned and controlled exclusively by the Company.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Company retains full ownership and retention rights over all Platform data.
  • The Company may use such data in any lawful manner.
  • You have no ownership interest in Platform-generated data or analytics.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account Information: Name, email, phone number, and billing details.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, and clickstream data.
  • Device Data: IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
  • Real Estate Data: Property addresses, search history, claim proofs, and uploaded images.
  • AI Interactions: All inputs, prompts, and conversations with our AI tools.
  • Communications: Messages sent through the platform, support tickets, and system logs.

3. How We Use Data

The Company may use collected data for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Operating, maintaining, and improving the Platform.

  • Training and improving our automation and AI models.
  • Ensuring security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
