Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription instantly from your dashboard settings. You will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing cycle.

If you downgrade to a plan with fewer allowed listings, your oldest active listings may be automatically paused until you are back within your new limit. You can choose which properties to keep active manually.

Search credits are used to pull premium data like owner names, tax history, and automated valuations via our API integrations. Each plan comes with a monthly allowance that resets on the 1st of every month. Unused credits do not roll over.

First Access is a benefit for Pro and Agent members. They see new property listings the moment they are approved. Standard and Public users generally wait 24-72 hours before these deals become visible to them, giving premium members a head start on hot deals.

Once logged in, click the "Add Listing" button in your dashboard. You will be guided through a simple form to upload photos, set your price, and add descriptions.

Creative finance listings (like Seller Finance or Subject To) allow buyers to purchase properties with unique terms, often taking over existing payments or paying the seller directly over time, rather than using a traditional bank mortgage.
