How are the motivated seller leads generated?

Leads come from our funnel network and direct-to-seller campaigns. Every lead is a homeowner who submitted their information indicating motivation to sell. We calculate property values and equity before delivery.

Are leads shared with other buyers?

No. Every lead is exclusively routed to one buyer based on geographic territory and criteria matching. Once a lead is delivered to you, it is never sold or shared with anyone else.

What happens if I get a bad lead?

We offer a 48-hour bad lead refund. If a lead has a disconnected number, wrong contact info, or is not a motivated seller, submit a dispute within 48 hours and we'll credit your account.

How does skip tracing work?

Upload a CSV of property addresses or owner names, or do a single lookup. We return phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses. You only pay for records where we find a match.

What do the virtual assistants do?

Our VAs are trained for real estate lead management. They cold call your leads, follow up on warm prospects, set appointments on your calendar, and update your CRM. They're trained on your scripts and criteria.

Are there any contracts or commitments?

No contracts on leads or skip tracing — pay as you go. VA services are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can pause or cancel any service at any time.
